RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

All products offered on ANEMONA CRISAN – Fine Art Prints are produced individually as print on demand and are generally excluded from returns and exchanges (according to Austrian law (ÖFAGG §18 Abs. 1 Zi. 3). This also applies to incorrectly ordered sizes and dimensions of a motif or garment.

The only exceptions are the delivery of the wrong item, production errors, or the item being damaged or lost during shipping.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange.

To request an exchange, please first contact us as soon as possible at info@anemonacrisan.shop and describe the situation to us, including photos if possible. We will check this with our printing company and then inform you whether an exchange is possible or how to proceed. If the exchange is accepted, you will receive a notification from us with details for a possible return shipment and the duration of the new production.
